Garlic Bok Choy
Instructions
Rinse bok choy and then cut crosswise into easy-to-eat pieces.
In a skillet over medium-high heat, sauteĢ garlic in oil until fragrant.
Add bok choy to skillet and stir quickly.
Add salt, and stir until greens are wilted and stem pieces are tender-crisp.
Serve hot.

5 cloves garlic, minced
2 teaspoons vegetable oil
1/2 teaspoon salt
