Garlic Bok Choy

Instructions

  1. Rinse Certified SC bok choy and then cut crosswise into easy-to-eat pieces.
  2. In a skillet over medium-high heat, sauté garlic in oil until fragrant.
  3. Add Certified SC bok choy to skillet and stir quickly.
  4. Add salt, and stir until greens are wilted and stem pieces are tender-crisp.
  5. Serve hot.

  • 1 head of Certified SC bok choy (1 pound)
  • 5 cloves garlic, minced
  • 2 teaspoons vegetable oil
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
