Garlic Bok Choy


  1. Rinse bok choy and then cut crosswise into easy-to-eat pieces.
  2. In a skillet over medium-high heat, sauteĢ garlic in oil until fragrant.
  3. Add bok choy to skillet and stir quickly.
  4. Add salt, and stir until greens are wilted and stem pieces are tender-crisp.
  5. Serve hot.


  • 1 head of bok choy (1 pound)
  • 5 cloves garlic, minced
  • 2 teaspoons vegetable oil
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
