Sweet Potato Fries
Instructions
Preheat oven to 450 degrees F.
Scrub and rinse Certified SC sweet potatoes. Pat dry with a paper towel or kitchen towel.
Leaving skin on, cut Certified SC sweet potatoes in half and then cut into French fry strips, about 1/2-inch wide.
In a large mixing bowl, whisk together paprika, salt, black pepper, garlic powder, and olive oil until there are no lumps.
Add sweet potato strips to the bowl and toss until well coated.
Coat baking sheet with cooking spray. Place sweet potato strips in a single layer on the sheet.
Bake for 15 minutes. Flip fries and baking for additional 5-10 minutes, or until tender.

1 teaspoon paprika
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon ground black pepper
1/8 teaspoon cayenne pepper
1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
1 Tablespoon olive oil
